Ongoing System Maintenance

To ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and assist in the continuous improvement process, a renewable maintenance package with a duration of twelve months is offered.

The Maintenance Package includes:

  • Four System Audits of the Management System.

This service ensures that all management objectives are achieved. It ensures that the system is 'debugged' and therefore sustainable.

As a result of the reports generated after each audit, Management are well positioned to make appropriate changes to the various business processes and the related practices and activities. Management are also well positioned to decide on when certification will be appropriate, if the company is not yet certificated.

  • Bi-annual facilitation of Management Review

In order to fulfil the requirements of the relevant standard as well as ensure the Management System conforms to management’s policies and objectives, Wynleigh International facilitates two Management Review Meetings within a twelve month period.

These meetings are used to assess the information provided by the Management System reports and decide on appropriate actions regarding the system.
