The Wynleigh International Approach

Wynleigh International is a company specialising in services which assist the client to develop formal, business process focused, management systems. The purpose of which is firstly to gain business advantage through consistency and secondly to obtain marketing benefits through compliance to international standards, e.g. ISO 9000 series, ISO 14001, HACCP, Health and Safety standards etc.

The prime objective of such an intervention is to develop the skills and culture within the client organisation to embark on a path of continuous business improvement. The destination of the improvement journey being a world class competitor.

Solution Methodology

The methodology employed is based on proven principles using internationally accepted standards in conjunction with an assessment model which allows the client to continuously evaluate its progress against:

  • its own policies, objectives and targets as well as,

  • the strategies and achievements of its competitors.

The Software

Where the client so desires, a tried-and-tested software application and supporting methodology is used to deploy the management system in a controlled manner. As a member of the SA Excellence Foundation, Wynleigh International promotes the SA Excellence Model (a combination of the American and European model). The methodologies and software used, encourage the client to move beyond mere compliance to standards.
